How it works

Your AMS stores the record. OS Lite makes the work visible and actionable.

OS Lite starts with the service communication your agency already receives and gives each request a path toward done, without asking the agency to replace its system of record.

01 / CONNECT

Connect Gmail or Outlook

Bring an eligible service inbox into the workspace.

02 / STRUCTURE

Create visible tickets

Requests gain customer context, ownership, status, and a next action.

03 / HANDLE

Work across contexts

Use web, Companion, or phone without creating a second record.

04 / EXPAND

Add help when it earns its place

Use approved Vero capabilities or explore qualified human execution.

Intelligence and execution

OS Lite is the foundation. Add the next capability deliberately.

Vero and Service Network help move the work at different layers, with capability-specific availability and controls.

Intelligence layer

Vero helps throughout the work.

Across supported workflows, Vero can triage, assemble context, coordinate, communicate by approved channels, and execute bounded catalog actions.

  • Understand and organize incoming work
  • Support approved email, text, and phone interactions
  • Execute or escalate supported catalog steps

Execution supply

Service Network adds governed capacity.

Eligible work can route to agency staff, qualified professionals, partners, or approved Vero capabilities after workflow, authority, access, quality controls, and capacity are confirmed.

  • Requires qualification and activation
  • Separate scope and commercial terms where applicable
  • Status and outcome remain visible in COVU

What is free, and what expands

A clear starting point without hiding the boundaries.

OS Lite early access is free and does not require a card. Access is reviewed before workspace setup. Optional execution and additional modules have their own eligibility, availability, and commercial terms.

Straight answers

What agencies usually ask first.

Is OS Lite actually free?

Yes. OS Lite early access is free and does not require a card. We currently review each request before setting up an approved agency. Feature-specific consent and the agency data gate apply before protected-data actions. This does not make optional Service Network work or every future module free.

Is Companion a separate product?

No. OS Lite web, OS Lite Companion, and OS Lite on phone are different working contexts for one free product.

Does OS Lite replace my AMS?

OS Lite is designed to make service work visible and actionable around the systems your agency already uses. It is not positioned here as a replacement for the agency's system of record.

Is Service Network included?

No. Service Network is optional execution supply with separate qualification, scope, commercial terms, capacity, and availability.

Is Vero the Service Network?

Vero is COVU's intelligence layer and governed AI execution supply. Service Network is the broader execution rail that can include agency staff, qualified people, partners, and approved AI capabilities.
