How it works
OS Lite starts with the service communication your agency already receives and gives each request a path toward done, without asking the agency to replace its system of record.
Bring an eligible service inbox into the workspace.
Requests gain customer context, ownership, status, and a next action.
Use web, Companion, or phone without creating a second record.
Use approved Vero capabilities or explore qualified human execution.
Intelligence and execution
Vero and Service Network help move the work at different layers, with capability-specific availability and controls.
Across supported workflows, Vero can triage, assemble context, coordinate, communicate by approved channels, and execute bounded catalog actions.
Eligible work can route to agency staff, qualified professionals, partners, or approved Vero capabilities after workflow, authority, access, quality controls, and capacity are confirmed.
What is free, and what expands
OS Lite early access is free and does not require a card. Access is reviewed before workspace setup. Optional execution and additional modules have their own eligibility, availability, and commercial terms.
Straight answers
Yes. OS Lite early access is free and does not require a card. We currently review each request before setting up an approved agency. Feature-specific consent and the agency data gate apply before protected-data actions. This does not make optional Service Network work or every future module free.
No. OS Lite web, OS Lite Companion, and OS Lite on phone are different working contexts for one free product.
OS Lite is designed to make service work visible and actionable around the systems your agency already uses. It is not positioned here as a replacement for the agency's system of record.
No. Service Network is optional execution supply with separate qualification, scope, commercial terms, capacity, and availability.
Vero is COVU's intelligence layer and governed AI execution supply. Service Network is the broader execution rail that can include agency staff, qualified people, partners, and approved AI capabilities.
